POSTAGE COSTS

FREE postage with tracking is included with all orders.

SHIPPING TIMES

In-stock items are usually packed and posted within 1-2 working days after payment. Delivery is via Australia Post.

ONLINE PAYMENTS

Artyangel.com website does not collect or store your credit card information. Those details are stored with Paypal.

Payal accepts payments on our behalf without you having to join up with them.

ArtyAngel.com uses Paypal’s trusted secure Checkout platform which accepts various payment options such as PAYPAL, VISA. MASTER CARD.

RETURNS

Returns are handled on a ‘case by case’ basis.
Please use the contact page and supply your details.

MISSING / DAMAGED ORDERS

Orders are sent via Australia Post with the online tracking number system we all can monitor. If Australia Post fails to deliver, we’ll take issue with them and send you replacements at no extra cost.

If items arrive damaged, you need to help us build a claims case against Australia Post with photographic evidence. These matters are also handled on a case by case basis. Please contact Arty via the contact page.
